IMPACT30 is a support programme for young entrepreneurs in the Highlands and Islands area.

Do you have a business or enterprise that is less than 5 years old? Are you aged 35 or under?

IMPACT30 gives you access to a range of experts who have been there, done it, and created successful businesses.

The goal of this programme is to develop young leaders of the future through custom-designed support and guidance. The programme works with you as an individual, focusing on the tools, skills and knowledge required to enable you to grow your enterprise and achieve its full potential.

Much of the support is delivered one-to-one remotely, avoiding the need for extensive travel and time spent away from the business. There will be opportunities for participants to meet up throughout the year, exchange learning experiences and contribute towards the programme framework.

The programme is underpinned by a culture of collaboration and bringing like-minded people together, while nurturing specific business needs.

IMPACT30 is delivered as part of The Northern Innovation Hub (NIH). The Northern Innovation Hub is an Inverness and Highland City Region Deal project - a joint initiative supported by £315 million investment from the UK and Scottish Governments, The Highland Council, Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) and the University of the Highlands and Islands.

The programme is for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) that are based in the Highlands and Islands area, from any industry sector.

Enterprises with growth potential are eligible if:

• they are based in the Highlands and Islands area
• the applicant is a key decision maker in the business and is aged 35 or under

IMPACT30 is free of charge to enterprises, subject to state subsidy allowances.

This is a 12-month support programme, designed to run in tandem with your enterprise.
